We are a developmental program and we train players to learn the fundamentals of the game, enhance previous talents and build confidence through increasing skill level. Training fee includes three hours / week of training and conditioning by experienced coaches and semi-pro players that understand how to teach the fundamentals of the game and game concept.

Our fundraisers help us to sustain a facility to practice in, purchase uniforms, any and all other expenses & to provide scholarships to those that may not be able to afford all of our registration fees.
Allow your children to play dress up with props provided by the professional photographer. Children 0-16 y/o are eligible. Only siblings shot for your sitting. Parents can take pics with kids to make it a family affair after kids' pics are done.
ONLY $10 for a 10 x 13 picture. Free with the purchase of a Perseverance Panther Professional Basketball game adult ticket, upon request. Great gift for the grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Each year we reach out to children that might not otherwise have the means to enjoy being a part of something bigger than themselves because of their personal hardships. Please help them to become a part of our Perseverance family.

Zac was our youngest student athlete, yet one of our toughest players out there! Zac is now 10 years old, still playing basketball and quite the surfer! Tristan is still balling and excels as a baseball pitcher!
These are our original male student athletes out of Sumter, SC. They've gone to college, the Air Force and PCS'd with their parents who were in the military.

Ashley played college ball here at Coker College, all the way from Jacksonville. FL. She is now living in Jacksonville, FL working in the medical field. Knee injuries hindered her from continued play, but is active in teaching youth the game.
While in High School, Shanice was selected to play on the NC/SC team, playing in Australia and Hawaii, representing the South. She went on to play at Coker College, USC Sumter and USC Upstate. Still loving the game, she's played two years of semi-pro ball and is now assistant coach for the Perseverance Panthers men's semi-pro basketball team, Sumter, SC.
Jakara played ball in high school and has attended USC Columbia. She is now a trainer. Lauren played ball in high school and she is now studying to be a dentist. Michael has gone into the military, TJ has gone into the military. Where is Zack?
